Job Description
The Private Wealth Relationship Manager in the Manila branch focuses on building and maintaining client relationships with high-net-worth individuals. They act as the primary point of contact, managing the client's financial profile, and contributing to the bank’s growth through referrals and account development. This role involves creating new client relationships, resolving queries, and proactively identifying business opportunities.
Requirements
- Coordinates with Retail Banking, Institutional Banking, Market Sales, and Consumer Lending Groups.
- Constructs and updates client profiles, assessing banking and investment needs.
- Reviews portfolios and recommends market and referral resources.
- Ensures onboarding process adherence.
- Communicates effectively with customers and provides excellent service.
