Clinical Program Supervisor

Metropolitan Family Services empowers families to learn, to earn, to heal, to thrive. We are now hiring for a full-time Clinical Program Supervisor for Behavioral Health to join our DuPage office.

Requirements

• Supervises and coordinates all aspects of the program.
• Responsible for maintaining quality and quantity of services.
• Responsible for all personnel matters within program including hiring, assigning, and terminating of staff.
• Develops and maintains contacts with community groups relating to program needs.
• Works collaboratively with community agencies, organizations, and institutions.
• Supervises and develops intern staff in the program.
• Works effectively with diverse staff and service population.
