Early Learning Lead Teacher (Ages 0-3)

We are seeking an Early Learning Lead Teacher to join our team at Metropolitan Family Services. As a member of our community, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides education, economic stability, emotional wellness, and empowerment to individuals and families in Chicago, Evanston/Skokie, the southwest suburbs, and DuPage County.

Requirements

• Collaborate with Family Support Workers, Teacher’s, Program Aide, site partners, and site supervisor
• Guide and facilitate activities of the children and ensures appropriate child guidance and discipline
• Use Teaching Strategies Gold to maintain ongoing, high-quality documentation of school readiness skills
• Maintain Interrater Reliability
• Ensures the curriculum is used to fidelity and that submission of weekly lesson plans including individualization for all children
• Provides active supervision to ensure the safety of children
