Intern ECE Teacher Aide

Metropolitan Family Services is seeking an unpaid Early Childhood Education Intern to support the Howard Evanston Community Center. The intern will participate in planning and implementing program activities, assist with childcare and classroom-related tasks, and support the implementation of the program's Planned Language Approach.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an Early Childhood Education or Child development program
• Ability to effectively work with diverse individuals and groups
• Sensitivity to and respect for the needs of children and families, including those with disabilities
• Ability to carry out some physical activities such as lifting and carrying
