Parent Ambassador

Metropolitan Family Services is seeking a part-time Parent Ambassador to advocate for children and families in the Southeast Chicago area. The role involves attending meetings, sharing events and materials, and participating in training.

Requirements

• Must currently be pregnant or have children in the 0-8 range
• Must have the ability to travel to events and meetings
• Must be available for Network meetings monthly (in person preferred)
• Must be available for Workgroup meetings quarterly (in person or virtual)
• Must be available for check-ins twice monthly with supervisor (1:1 and group)
• Must live in Southeast Chicago
• Must complete and satisfactorily pass a comprehensive background check
