MeUndies is a Los Angeles-based underwear and loungewear company seeking a VP, Growth and Retention Marketing to lead its next chapter. The role requires a growth operator who thrives in founder-led environments, loves getting into data, and knows how to turn insight into execution.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or DTC leadership roles
- Proven success in owning acquisition, retention, and revenue outcomes at scale
- Deep understanding of CAC/LTV, CPA management, payback periods, and marketing ROI
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort working directly in data
- Experience building lifecycle programs, segmentation models, and CRO strategies
- Proven ability to thrive in founder-led or owner-operated companies with high accountability and direct feedback
- Collaborative, low-ego leader who moves fast, communicates clearly, and gets things done
