Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and outgoing Front Desk Associates to join the team at the Providence Marriott Downtown. The Guest Experience Host is responsible for the prompt, efficient, and courteous check in and check out of guests, and ensuring efficient communication with team members, vendors, and guests.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- College course work in related field helpful
- Previous customer service experience strongly preferred
