Night Audit / Guest Service Agent

Meyer Jabara Hotels is seeking a Night Audit / Guest Service Agent to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately balancing hotel income and expenses, providing exceptional guest service, and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4 years minimum experience in hotel audit
• Fluent English, read and write necessary
• Sound judgement and discretional skills
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
• Flexibility in hours and days worked
• Good organization and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Windows-based computer programs, including Microsoft Word and Excel
