Parts Specialist

The Parts Specialist is responsible for maintaining optimal parts inventory, ensuring a well-stocked business, and fulfilling customer needs. This role involves daily restocking, pricing, receiving, and assisting customers with parts selection and repair.

Requirements

• Maintain optimal inventory levels
• Monitoring the current parts inventory
• Pricing parts to maintain profitability
• Receiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling them
• Helping customers find and purchase the correct parts
• Overseeing special orders
• Collaborating with service managers to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs
• Working closely with service technicians to make sure they have all the parts to properly complete their job
