Job Description
Mezzetta is seeking a Sr. Service Desk Support Administrator to ensure consistent and secure access to computing resources, provide technical support, and manage IT assets. The role involves end-user support, IT asset management, project management, and vendor coordination. The company focuses on delivering premium products, with a strong emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in IT support or service desk roles
- Proficient with Microsoft Azure, Azure AD, Office 365, Teams, and Windows 11/12
- Strong experience with Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, and end-user device management.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Physically able to lift and move computer equipment
