Controls System Engineer - Motion Solutions ***Remote position***

MFCP is the largest Parker Hannifin distributor and a leader in motion and flow control solutions. The Controls System Engineer will design and oversee projects, working with a team to create systems that meet and exceed customer requirements.

Requirements

• Understanding of electrical components and their principles of operation
• UL508a and UL698a panel electrical schematic and panel layout design skills
• Excellent written & oral communication and strong relationship building skills required
• Detail oriented with solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong computer skills including use of MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook), with a willingness to learn new software programs
• Strong AutoCAD Electrical & PLC/HMI Programming abilities
• 4 Year degree or equivalent work experience with solid business acumen
• Develop a working knowledge of the industries we serve
• Individuals must be able to communicate and work well with customers, vendors, and company staff
• Leads with emotional intelligence, understanding the value of active listening, strong communication and creating an open and collaborative work environment for employees
• Demonstrated ability to attract, develop and align top talent, with an understanding that aligned and engaged employees are a differentiator for success
