Job Description
We are seeking a Portfolio Specialist - Equity to provide 24 hour coverage to the investment teams and perform specialized duties related to portfolio management and order entry process. The ideal candidate will have strong investment and operational knowledge, and experience with MFS proprietary trading systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and related investment and trading operations experience
- Proven expertise in equity, fixed income and derivative security types
- Experience with MFS proprietary trading systems desired
- Proven ability to perform job responsibilities independently and effectively in a demanding environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy required
- Strong oral and written communication skills required
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Must have flexibility around work schedule
