Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 8-12+ years of experience in sales or sales support role
• Thorough understanding of retirement plan industry, RSI products, people and initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation experience
• Demonstrated expertise with database software, all components of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Superior customer services skills
