Sr. Data Engineer

The Sr. Data Engineer will play a critical role in enhancing and maintaining a data platform for execution and operations research within the trading department. The candidate will work across vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless, scalable data flows are built in an accessible way throughout the trading ecosystem.

Requirements

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines to ingest data from numerous sources.
• Proactively and independently work to enhance reliability of data capture.
• Collaborate with team to develop processes to transform raw data into more usable data sets.
• Find and action opportunities for automation in analytics production.
• Implement robust data quality checks and enhance monitoring for data pipelines.
• Partner with Quantitative Trading Strategists to improve current platform capabilities and performance.
