Job Description
MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team at The Lexington Apartments in Agoura Hills, CA. The role involves all trades, including cleaning, appliance repairs, painting, and property turnovers, with a focus on customer service and team collaboration. Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance (150+ unit preferred)
- Experience in plumbing, electrical, and/or air conditioning is a must!
- Customer service attitude and flexibility to work in a team
- Reliable transportation
- Availability to work on-call rotation
