Field Construction Coordinator

Field Construction Coordinator supports construction crews with project documentation, timecards, and pre-fielding, working closely with project management and acting as a link between the field and office. Primary responsibilities include supporting construction crews, marking out and submitting USA tickets and site survey requests, and gathering close-out documentation from the field.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize HCSS Heavy Job Field Management Software
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule
• Valid Class C Driver’s License; with no driving restrictions
