Job Description
The Hardware Support Engineer is responsible for supporting the development and lifecycle of electronic hardware products through hands-on validation, component management, and technical troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in electronic product development, testing, or hardware support roles.
- Familiarity with lab instruments, schematic/BOM tools.
- Strong understanding of component datasheets, specifications, and electrical characteristics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
- Familiarity with Engineering drawings would be a benefit
- Understanding of environmental testing and approvals would be a benefit
