Job Description
Electrical Inspector responsible for monitoring contractors' work to ensure quality control and contract compliance on various construction projects, including those with complex traffic control, environmental concerns, and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED, Associate's Degree in Construction Technology
- 2+ years of related experience
- Experience in construction materials testing
- Construction related certifications or the ability to obtain
- Ability to pass a background check along with valid state driver's license
- Good interpersonal, communication, and conceptual thinking skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work independently for periods of time
- Attention to detail and effective decision making and organizational skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to prepare and maintain records, prepare reports, documents and correspondence related to the work
