Job Description
Michael Baker International is seeking a motivated Technical Manager to join the Wisconsin Transportation Team in Milwaukee or Madison, WI. This role focuses on delivering transportation projects for a diverse range of clients, including WisDOT and local agencies, and involves a mix of technical leadership and project oversight. The position offers flexible hybrid work depending on client needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering Management, or similar degree
- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience working on bridge design projects
- Wisconsin P.E. license or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex transportation structures, with emphasis on design, analysis, inspection, and maintenance
