Comfort Advisor

As a Comfort Advisor, you will assist clients with their heating and cooling needs and present solutions to make their personal space more comfortable. You will meet with clients in their homes, assemble quotes and proposals, and train new employees. This role has a tangible impact on sales volume in your territory.

Requirements

• 4+ years of outside sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment and maintenance needs
• Active Driver's License
• Tech Savvy - ability to use tablets and learn work-related software
• Verifiable experience in developing quotations and proposals
• Past experience meeting with clients in their homes
• Time management, organization, and presentation skills
• Sales pipeline management skills
• Demonstrable analytical skills and attention to detail
