Michael Bonsby HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical is looking for a HVAC Helper to assist the Lead Installer with installations, staging jobs, and maintaining a clean job site. The role requires experience in the HVAC industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Assist Lead Installer with all installations
• Help with properly staging jobs
• Support maintaining a clean and organized job site and company vehicle
• Participate in trainings and meetings to develop professionally
• Complete accurate paperwork
• Have or be willing to get any proper certifications as needed
