HVAC Lead Installer

As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will lead your install team and execute professional install jobs, providing excellent customer service and mentoring apprentices. You will install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for residential customers and diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of those units.

Requirements

• 5+ years of field experience
• Active Driver's License
• Tech Savvy - The ability to use tablets and learn work related software with ease
• Verifiable experience to develop quotations for repairs and installations of replacement equipment
• Demonstrable analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans and manuals
• Proven ability in installing, replacing, and serving HVAC systems in new residential and commercial properties
• Willingness to work weekends (Saturdays) or on-call shifts when needed
