CMP Semiconductor Fab Equipment Maintenance Technician

Micron Technology is seeking a highly motivated CMP Fab Equipment Maintenance Technician to support tool performance and reliability in a dynamic, innovative manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Monitor tool performance and perform scheduled preventative maintenance on CMP equipment.
• Trouble-shoot and repair mechanical and electronic systems using diagnostic tools and software.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair, and reassemble equipment based on schematics, manuals, and layout plans.
• Document all maintenance activities and review procedures for accuracy and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment availability and reliability.
• Maintain cleanroom standards and follow safety protocols, including proper use of PPE.
• Lead or contribute to equipment-related projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
