Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field
• Product engineering experience preferred
• Strong leadership and technical skills, especially in problem-solving and root cause analysis
• Good knowledge of statistics and data analysis tools and scripting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
