Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Proficiency with metrology and RDA tools such as AFM, SEM, REG, XRD, XRF, Bright Field, Dark Field, Ellipsometry, or other related equipment.
• 3- 4 years of working experience in the Metrology and Real Defect Analysis
• Collaboration skills with effective communication, a positive demeanor, and the ability to work under pressure.
