Fab Process Technician

Micron is seeking motivated Process Technicians to support wafer manufacturing by monitoring operations, reviewing data, and working closely with engineering and production teams to improve yield, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Handle semiconductor tools, perform technical evaluations, and partner with cross functional teams to optimize wafer fabrication processes.
• Work with engineering teams to improve workstations and troubleshoot sophisticated issues.
• Set up and run processing tools in an office and/or cleanroom environments to support production and engineering needs.
• Communicate clearly, handle time efficiently, and follow procedures with minimal direction.
• Use Microsoft Office and manufacturing software to complete tasks and analyze data.
• Conduct technical experiments, run process tests, and prepare data visualizations to identify yield and process trends.
• Complete required safety training, work safely in varied environments (including uneven terrain and confined spaces), and respond appropriately to potential hazards.
