FAC Construction Manager to manage a team of PM and sub PM for Project Oversight and Collaboration. Responsibilities include providing strategic leadership, communication with partners, cost estimation, schedule planning, and presenting to high-level management.
Requirements
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the site Project Managers and construction management team
- Communicate with various partners, conduct scenario studies, Capex cost estimation, schedule planning and presenting to high level management
- Foster company culture of 'People, Innovation, Tenacity, Customer Focus and Collaboration'
- Manage general contractors for the project management, monitor schedule, cost status
- Collaborate with the local team to develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan
- Regularly review project progress, identify and address potential issues proactively
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with the Global Construction team and other partners on project status, risks, and decisions
- Champion the company's global project management standards and best practices
- Collaborate with internal and external partners at the global level
- Lead communication and information flow between the local project and Global Construction headquarters
- Review and approve local contracts with subcontractors and vendors
- Monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and quality standards
- Proactively identify and lead project risks, developing and implementing mitigation plans
- Champion a culture of safety on the project site, ensuring all activities align with company safety protocols and local regulations
- Be responsible for the implementation of a robust quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) program
