MTS DIFFUSION

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior Technical Leader to drive the development and optimization of Diffusion processes for DRAM technology nodes. This role is critical to advancing our next-generation memory products and requires deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership capabilities.

Requirements

• Establish and optimize process conditions and technologies to enhance capability and reduce cost.
• Drive process management projects and introduce new technologies and Best Known Methods (BKM).
• Evaluate and introduce new equipment/ functionality through demo, H2H, and TOR evaluation processes.
• Lead problem-solving analysis and corrective actions in top-level task force to ensure rapid recovery for issues and root cause resolution.
• Collaborate with global peers (HVM/TD) to align strategies and technology roadmaps.
• Manage cross-functional resources to close technical gaps and drive project execution.
• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction to the team and cross-functional partners.
• Actively share knowledge and mentor team members to support their technical growth.
• Influence key decisions within the department and foster a culture of innovation & patent.
• Establish and optimize business processes to meet program expectations and standards.
• Track and analyze Fab performance metrics for benchmarking and improvement.
• Collaborate with TD and Global Procurement to drive supplier competitiveness and cost optimization.
