Principal TCAD Engineer

As a Principal TCAD Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for driving key decisions in developing devices/processes used in memory products. Key responsibilities include applying advanced process & device modeling tools, developing models that predict the behavior of semiconductor devices, and interpreting measurements through modeling-based validation and/or substantiation.

Requirements

• MS/PhD with strong conceptual and applied knowledge of semiconductor device physics
• 8 – 15 yrs of industrial experience in Device Technology Development – Advanced CMOS / Power / RF / Memory / Reliability / others
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovations – publications / patents
• Programming skills (scripting, python, c, c++, etc)
• AI/ML approaches to physics problems solving
