Requirements
- Own the implementation of technology solutions, driving transformative changes and delivering value to the Procurement organization
- Collaborate with business partners to identify, analyze, and prioritize the requirements and develop tailored features for technology solutions
- Define and communicate a clear vision for the Supply Management solution within the procurement ecosystem
- Craft acceptance criteria for solution features, guaranteeing they meet the operational needs and user experience standards
- Collaborate with solution architects and data scientists to integrate advanced problem-solving capabilities into the solution
- Foster the adoption of AI-driven technologies to optimize supply management
- Facilitate continuous product improvement, leveraging collaborator feedback and adapting to new market developments
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure product development is in sync with business goals and user requirements
- Monitor key performance indicators, making strategic adjustments to enhance supply chain performance and resilience
- Provide product support and training to end-users and stakeholders
