Production Operator

We are looking for a Production Operator to operate modern equipment and ensure high-quality production in our semiconductor assembly line. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of SPM education and 1-2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, specifically in wire bond and/or die bond processes.

Requirements

• Operate and monitor assembly machines and processes to ensure high-quality production
• Perform machine setup, calibration, and minor troubleshooting tasks
• Handle semiconductor wafers and dies with precision tools under a microscope
• Conduct visual inspections of bonded units for defects such as non-stick and misalignment
• Record production data and promptly report any abnormalities to technicians or engineers
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and strictly adhere to safety guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and align with cleanroom protocols, including ESD and gowning requirements
• Support continuous improvement and yield enhancement activities to successfully implement efficiency strategies
