We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Digital Transformation to lead the design, implementation, and scaling of digital solutions for Micron's Procurement AI journey.
Requirements
- Define and execute the product roadmap for AI-driven procurement initiatives
- Identify and incubate innovative digital solutions
- Lead the transition of successful POCs into scalable, enterprise-ready products
- Collaborate with sourcing managers, category leads, and IT to identify pain points and opportunities for digital transformation
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI-enabled tools
- Ensure seamless integration of digital solutions with existing procurement systems and enterprise architecture
- Manage cross-functional project teams, timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
- Monitor product performance and adoption
- Provide training and change management support
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in procurement digitalization
- Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement within the procurement organization
