Senior Product Manager, Digital Transformation

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the design, implementation, and scaling of digital solutions for Micron's Procurement AI journey. This role will involve incubating new ideas, running proof-of-concept initiatives, and scaling successful solutions into enterprise-grade products.

Requirements

• Define and execute the product roadmap for AI-driven procurement initiatives
• Identify and incubate innovative digital solutions through rapid experimentation and POCs
• Lead the transition of successful POCs into scalable, enterprise-ready products
• Collaborate with sourcing managers, category leads, and IT to identify pain points and opportunities for digital transformation
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI-enabled tools that enhance procurement efficiency and decision-making
• Manage cross-functional project teams, timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure successful delivery
• Monitor product performance and adoption, using data to drive enhancements and resolve issues
• Provide training and change management support to ensure smooth rollout and user engagement
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in procurement digitalization
• Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement within the procurement organization
