Job Description
We are seeking senior technical leaders in the field of process engineering to join Micron Memory Taiwan. As a Senior member of technical staff (SMTS) or Distinguished member of technical staff (DMTS), you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, leading technical projects, defining the technical roadmap, and mentoring fellow engineers.
Requirements
- Detailed knowledge of at least one of the main semiconductor processes, including lithography, dry etch, wet etch, CMP, thin film, diffusion, implantation, and metrology
- Strong understanding of process integration
- Project leadership: Proven skills in leading complex technical projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results
- Communication skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Innovation: Track record of providing innovative solutions
- An advanced degree in Engineering or Science is preferred
