Job Description
Micron Technology is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations Central Team (OCT) to lead Front-End Manufacturing Pump, Abatement and Chiller (PAC) strategic objectives to achieve Best in Class (BIC) performance. The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field, 3-5 years of leadership experience, and strong leadership, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
Requirements
- Masters/Bachelors Degree in Engineering or relevant field of experience
- 3-5 years in leadership roles with relevant working experience
- Good leadership skill in mentoring and managing the performance of teams.
- Good teamwork and collaboration with other groups, internally and externally.
- Willing to travel
