Requirements
- Welcome employees and customers
- Phone and email
- Contact with suppliers
- Administrative work in systems
- Post and invoice management and courier
- Bookings and orders
- Act as a mood manager and take care of both visitors and employees
- Be responsible for conference rooms and rounds on the office
- Work on events and in our information displays in shopping centers
