Midland Christian School

A substitute teacher is a temporary educator who fills in for regular classroom teachers when they are absent, responsible for maintaining a positive and orderly learning environment and delivering lessons and instructions to students.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in education or related field preferred
• Ability to create engaging and educational activities if lesson plans are not available
• Flexibility to adapt to different teaching environments, grade levels, and subjects
