Chief of Staff

Midnite is seeking a Chief of Staff to act as a strategic advisor and operator for the Founders and Leadership Team. The COS will drive execution of company priorities, streamline communication, improve operational discipline, and empower the Founders to focus on long-term growth. This is a high-impact role requiring a strategic thinker and highly organized individual.
