Job Description
Miggo Security is looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our Tel Aviv office.
Requirements
- Experience in Office / Operations management, preferably in a startup environment
- A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- High sense of responsibility & urgency, ensuring no task or issue is overlooked
- The ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in office software and tools, with a quick ability to learn new systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster a positive work environment
- Drive to working with C-level & executives
- Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English
