Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Business Services Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for business services roles across the firm. This role involves sourcing candidates, managing the recruitment process, and collaborating with hiring managers to build a strong talent pool. Positions include non-exempt and exempt levels, and the recruiter will also contribute to projects that enhance the candidate experience.
Requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for entry-to-mid-level Business Services Professionals (BSP) positions.
- Develop job descriptions, define qualifications, and plan interview processes.
- Source candidates using various recruiting methods.
- Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate schedules.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data.
- Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Benchmark and recommend appropriate salary offers.
