We are seeking a CRM Specialist to manage, configure, and guide the development of our Dynamics 365 CRM system. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who thrives on collaboration, process improvement, and learning new tools and workflows in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Education or work experience in Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365, including reporting and integrations with finance/sales systems (e.g., Business Central)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Excel, etc.)
- Strong communication skills, able to bridge technical topics with non-technical stakeholders
