Fabrication Associate II

The Fabrication Associate II is responsible for safely and correctly operating various Fabrication machines and performing welding tasks to produce high-quality manufactured parts. This role involves setting up and making minor adjustments to machines, performing quality inspections, and maintaining equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of welding processes and techniques, good math skills, and basic computer skills.

Requirements

• Welding experience
• Ability to operate modern mig-welding equipment
• Basic computer skills
• Good math skills
• Ability to read engineering and drawings
• Ability to use measuring instruments (ruler, caliper, square)
• Ability to use power tools
• Ability to operate CNC equipment
• Good motor coordination
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proven reliability - attendance and punctuality
• Understanding of basic lean principles - 5S, Kanban
