Vice President, Power

The Vice President of Power is a senior leadership role responsible for leading the strategic direction, operational performance, and client relationships for the firm’s power utility services. This individual oversees engineering design, project execution, quality assurance, and business development efforts related to their department’s projects. They are accountable for team performance, profitability, client satisfaction, and alignment with industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (ABET-accredited preferred).
• Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration preferred.
• Professional Engineer License required.
• 5+ years of progressive distribution or substation engineering and project experience in the power utility industry, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Memberships and active participation in discipline specific professional organizations such as IEEE.
