Job Description
We are seeking a Chief Engineer to lead the development of technology roadmaps and design, production, and installation of systems for Restricted maritime customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering and experience with the design, certification, and operation of undersea systems.
Requirements
- Systems architect with broad background in various engineering disciplines
- Experience with the design, certification, and operation of undersea systems
- Strong understanding of key technologies including PNT, command and control, autonomous systems, and sensing and communications
- Experience with full engineering lifecycle of complex military systems
- Proven ability to engage customers and understand requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience assessing and managing technical risks
- Experience with rapid prototyping and delivering incremental solutions to external customers
