CNC Machinist - Starbase TX

CNC Machinist position available at Starbase in Texas. Opportunity to work on high-performance flight hardware and launch system. Responsibilities include setup and operation of multi-axis CNC Mills and Wire EDM. Must have 3+ years of experience in CNC mill setup, operation, and/or programming.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 3+ years of experience in set up, operation and/or programming of CNC mill
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, GD&T, notes and tolerances
• Ability to use hand inspection tools to check machined features
• Familiar with multiple machine control, OSP, Fanuc, and Siemens
• Ability to read and work off of a blueprint
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted
• Ability to stand for extended periods - 8 hours min
• Ability to stoop, bend, crawl, and being able to maneuver in tight spaces
