Individual Financial Consultant

The Individual Financial Consultant provides retirement education and advice to clients and prospects, helping them navigate qualified and non-qualified product and investment needs. The role involves fielding inbound calls, follow-up with clients and prospects, and performing administrative tasks related to sales and client relationships.

Requirements

• Take inbound calls from internal partners and clients to identify product and investment needs
• Provide advice or educate clients related to investment, advice, product concerns related to individual retirement accounts (IRAs), retirement, after tax annuities (ATA), retirement planning, and retirement income
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities to ensure clients complete all steps to open and fund an account
