Job Description
The Provider Claims Service Representative will respond to customer needs, review and adjudicate claims, and serve as a Subject Matter Expert. The role requires 4+ years of experience in claims and/or call center and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years' experience in claims and/or call center required
- High School/GED required
- Associate degree preferred
- Minimum 45 wpm typing preferred
- Healthcare or Managed Care experience preferred
- Working knowledge of PC apps in a windows based environment
