Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance management or a similar role in electronics
• Certification of quality control from ASQ, such as CQE, CQA or CMQ/OE
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
