Job Description
We are hiring a Quality Manager at our Paducah, KY facility to assure that the facility complies with applicable regulations while continually improving the quality of products. The position requires interaction with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to drive continual improvement and reduce PPM defects.
Requirements
- Ensure the facility is compliant to all regulations, codes, and standards
- Manage Quality Team, including hiring, training, and mentoring quality leads, engineers, technicians, and inspectors
- Lead efforts to implement new standards and reduce PPM defects
- Manage Quality System, including implementing, developing, auditing, maintaining, and improving the facility quality system
- Participate in quality strategy refinement and provide leadership and guidance to facility quality employees and operations
