Site Quality Manager - Euclid

Eaton's Fuel & Motion Controls division is seeking a Site Quality Manager to develop and deploy the Aerospace Quality strategy for production and new product development. The role is an onsite position located at the Euclid, OH facility, and candidates must be local and commutable to the facility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in manufacturing quality assurance
• Minimum three (3) years of experience managing people
• This position requires access to export-controlled information. To conform to U.S. Government export regulations applicable to that information, applicant must be a U.S. person
• Ability to lead change management efforts across functions
• Ability to communicate with all levels in the organization
• Ability to read and understand complex technical and contractual documents
• Proficient in GD&T and complex blueprint reading
• Demonstrated ability to drive results in the area of Quality, continuous improvement, etc.
• In-depth experience with Quality tools such as 8D (CAPA), Root Cause Analysis, Lean Principles such as Value Stream Mapping and Standard Work
